Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Monthly retainers for SEO, Meta Ads and other recurring services are non-refundable after the service period has begun.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of downloadable or digitally delivered products are final.

Once a digital product has been delivered, downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned. Therefore, no refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be provided.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations such as:
Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
If a client chooses to cancel a project:
If the client fails to provide required content, approvals or access for an extended period, the project may be placed on hold. Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
Any duplicate or accidental payment will be refunded after verification.
Refund requests due to extraordinary circumstances may be reviewed at our sole discretion. Approval of such requests is not guaranteed.

Services:
50% advance payment is mandatory to begin any project.
Remaining 50% is due after work completion and before delivery.
If a client cancels before work starts, a full refund of the advance may be issued.
If work has started, refund will be adjusted for completed work.
If a client delays project completion, ₹2000/week late fee will apply.
Digital Products:
All sales are final.
No refunds or exchanges for digital downloads.
No activation keys or included support are provided with toolkits unless explicitly mentioned.

Marketing results (rankings, ads, ROI) depend on multiple factors and are not guaranteed.

No liability for client-side delays, failure to provide inputs, or misuse of digital products.

No physical items will be shipped.
