Delays from the client may affect delivery schedules.

 
4. Payments
  • Payments shall be made according to the agreed quotation or invoice.
  • Advance payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Ongoing monthly services are billed in advance.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.
 
5. SEO Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring they can receive downloadable content.

 
10. License & Usage

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Digital products are non-exclusive and non-transferable.

11. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom services:

  • Clients own the final approved website or agreed deliverables.
  • Solo Marketian retains ownership of all proprietary tools, templates, digital products, frameworks, methodologies, educational resources and internal systems used during project execution.
 
12. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for downtime, pricing changes or policy updates of third-party platforms including:

  • Google
  • Meta
  • Hosting providers
  • Domain registrars
  • Payment gateways
  • Plugin providers
 
13. Limitation of Liability

Solo Marketian shall not be liable for:

  • Loss or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages
  • Data loss
  • Third-party platform failures

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

 
14. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information shared during the project.

 
15. Project Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services by providing written notice according to the agreed contract.

Outstanding dues remain payable.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where Solo Marketian operates.
